Ask the Furnace and Duct Cleaning Expert – Clint Orr

Soon temperatures will be dropping like the leaves and now is the best time to get ready for our Saskatchewan cold winter weather.  Getting your HVAC system ready sooner rather than later is always a good idea.  The change of seasons is often a trigger for many to do a thorough cleaning of the home – washing walls, cleaning closets, etc. but is your heating, ventilating and air conditioning system ready for the cold weather?  It too should become part of your regular cleaning schedule.  Full Throttle has a team of professionals ready to help!

Your HVAC system is important in regulating your family’s comfort.  There are several things you can do to prepare your heating system for these frigid temperatures.  One of the most important things is to make sure all components are clean.  Blockages or restrictions anywhere in the system reduces efficiency and can negatively affect the air quality in your home.  One of our trained professionals can ensure your furnace and ductwork are thoroughly and properly cleaned.  Something homeowners often do not think about in the winter is the air conditioning coil.  Dirt and debris accumulating on an air conditioner coil can block airflow across the coil, increasing the cost of heating or cooling your home. In severe cases, air conditioning coils or condensing coils can become so blocked that air flow is seriously reduced.

  • Expertise and Experience. Our team is led and trained by Clint Orr who has more
than 10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry and possesses a Red-Seal
Journeyman Certificate.  He is also a certified IICRC – Fire & Smoke Restoration
    Technician, specializing in HVAC restoration.
  • Cleaning the blower. We are one of the only companies in the industry that is trained
and qualified to pull the blower out of the furnace and clean the blower and we do it
every time.  This allows us to do a “complete” furnace cleaning.
  • The time we take to complete the service. If a duct cleaner can be in and out of your
house in less than 45-75 minutes, the job might be done but it’s not done right.  The
average home takes us 2 – 4 hours.
  • Our staff. We strive to provide our technicians with a positive and healthy work
environment in which to grow.  In turn, their enthusiasm is reflected in the quality of
the work they will do for you.
  • Upfront pricing. The price we quote is the price you pay.  There are no hidden fees
or lowball quotes to get in your door and surprise you once we are there.  We will not
charge you extra if you exceed a maximum allowed number of vents.  In fact, we do
not even make you count your vents!

We are so much more than just furnace and duct cleaning. Please check the services/prices section of our website to see the full extent of what we can do for you.

Our technicians will also replace your furnace filter for not additional charge or clean the existing one for you if you use a reusable or non-standard filter.  Please call 306-570-1483 or visit
